Ken made Jiu jitsu fun at no time did I feel sleepy this is Jiu jitsu the way it was ment to be. My only complaint is this app I clicked the wrong rank twice while trying to make this review and have been unable to fix.

Great old school fundamental
Fundamentals never go “old school,” and Ken’s instructional videos are packed with invaluable insights. I strongly encourage him to release materials focused on bottom game and closed guard as well. His teachings are exceptionally solid. During my first viewing, I absorbed only about 1% of the content, yet his perspective on the “coffin” submission was nothing short of breathtaking in its simplicity.

This is an amazing set of vids that is taught exceptionally well by coral belt and one of the original dirty dozen blackbelts in America, Ken Gabrielson. Great detail, smooth transitions and techniques that can be performed despite age and athletic ability. Another home run for BJJ Fanatics!
