Top Closed Guard instructionnal
A very good Closed Guard instructionnal. The third DVD teaches you how to sweep with the muscle sweep variations, but the second DVD is very goog too, giving you many concepts and tips about how to fight closed guard. A must have.
NotToo Long, Not Too Short. Just Right.
This was long enough to feel like a complete solution, but it wasn't so long as to feel overwhelming. I personally prefer instructionals like this. Even though I've seen many closed guard instructionals, there was plenty here that was valuable to me. I recommend checking it out.
