What a really great video. Professor Lyanne speaks in a clear and straightfoward way, and the set is divided in three logical parts: entries, submissions and what ifs. Learned a bunch of details that I never thought about, like trying first the perpendicular omoplata before going to parralel omoplata!

The Omoplata has been something of a neglected submission in my game. Before this series I would find myself passing up on omoplata opportunities, with this series I have began to understand the Omoplata on a deeper level. This series gave me the tools and confidence to attack the omoplata, which opened up the Triangle/armbars that I am always seeking.
