Really loved it
I've been practising for almost a year now and realised I love triangles. i found the video very interesting despite the fact three techniques seem quite hard to me but I'm already 34 and a white belt, maybe it would be easy for other practitioners. The rest of the video seems useful and I'm eager to try it on the mats.

It's nice to be able to see the different kind of triangles, and combinations you can pull off and go back to for review. Might have been nice to start with a general concept explanation of the mechanics of the triangle as well for those who might be struggling.
