  This is a fine instructional with detailed breakdowns of all the technical points of the Uchimata. It follows the same quality of previous material presented by Neil Adams. Maybe not the only instructional one should have about the Uchimata, but if you could really only have one, then this one might be the best pick. Thumbs up it does not really get better than this.
