  Learn Both Sides of the Worst Place to Be Excellent bundle that gives you a detailed system for both attacking the back and getting yourself out when you're the one stuck there, with some great details on control, hand fighting, strangles, and escapes. There is a LOT of material to work through, but at my age I’d rather spend the time learning the details than have a 25-year-old hanging on my back while I wonder where everything went wrong.

  Always amazing from Gordon Ryan. I like how technical this one is. If you want a more high level basics one I’d go with Danaher, but if you want more control based and details this is it. I’d get both.
