World of wrist locks
So much cool moves to get into. It's a new world with wrist locks and here you get a lot of it. This will tune up my game. Can't wait to start to use these moves.

This is my favorite wristlock instructional. Professor Gomes shows very effective competition tested techniques for applying wristlocks. I will definitely use these in competition.
