Excellent instruction!
Having followed the mendes brothers for years i was super excited to see that they put this video out. I was not disapointed. There are many concepts and techniques that you may already know or do but this puts it in a concise format that helps you be a better coach or competitor.

What an amazing instructional in that everything you've learned thus far on passing gets put in context. There are a lot of techniques you can learn from your professor, other instructionals, etc but this is the one that conceptually tie it all together on where everything fits in the puzzle. I also love Chapter 2 that breaks down comp footage, plus "mobility drills" that lets you see how to drill all 3 distances. You can learn the technique of the pass by watching the drills themselves.
