I found the Instrucitonal helpful. Erika Dawn gives a good overview, her language is visual and clear and therefore easy to understand. As an advanced white belt, I was able to take something away with me in the area of sweeps and passes.

Great intro to bjj
This is very basic! But it's a complete game plan for beginners to bjj so I'll give it a 5 star review. Many intro's to bjj cover some positions only or too much moves. This is the sweet spot.

She is a savage on the mats. And she also happens to be one the best kids/fundamentals coach that is out there. This instructional is a “must buy” for anyone seeking to understand the fundamentals of jiujitsu. No flashy YouTube moves that don’t actually work.
