• Fantastic Instructional

  Five + hours of techniques that don't stop coming. As a blue belt I knew how to defend some submissions but Ryan gives you even more (and sometimes even easier) options. He doesn't only go over on how to escape but very often teaches you what to follow up with. Doesn't only teach you how to escape but tells you how to prevent someone to do it to you. I have learned techniques that I didn't know I needed. I applied his "Rodrigo sit up" escape right away at my next open mats and reversed 4 different people that day, one of them even thought that I "caught him off balance" because it was effortlessly. This instructional was definitely worth the investment.

  Fantastic instructional even as a purple belt I picked up some new things. I would have given it 5 stars but I couldn’t understand the professor at some points due to a cold(?) or sinus issue he had.
