This is a must have old school combined with the more modern jiu jitsu instructional! Positions and submissions are so clearly explained that I have immediately seen an improvement in all of them!

The title says it all! This set does a great job oh highlighting some simple fundamental innovations in Jiu Jitsu over the last couple of decades, that have now become a staple of modern Jiu Jitsu! A perfect complement for old school Jiu Jitsu practitioners.

Repetition and fundamentals of technique is timeless. Great instructional to remind the details of technique. Also best Video for seafarer who does not have time to train in academy due to nature of work.
