The V Block made my defense and counter offense work for the first time!
Coach Ivan Delchev provided an amazing instructional about prevent and defend the low single leg and high crotch attacks and turn your defense into offense via the V-Block. You can utilize it to wrap your opposite hand around the blocked elbow and progress from there or block the leg instead or additionally. He also teaches you how to destribute your weight on top of your opponent to for sure not get flipped or thrown. It works also great for me preventing my opponent´s to switch to a double leg out of the single leg. He offers a variaty of different angles and ponts out every crucial detail simple and easy to follow. Absolutely applicable for jiu jitsu!!
