very good instructional to follow along - incl all the joints
great for my corrective exercise clients as a daily check in for mobility. Eac Deion's offers a unique way to get n touch with mobility and limitations
Great to apply to keep mobility at its max potential while your enduring the everyday activities of active daily living!
Greatest Mobility instructional out here! Follow along and very doable by the average Joe.
Great! simple exercises, surprisingly difficult sometimes. A real mobility challenge for all levels. Thank you Mark for showing me where I can improve. Even as a lifetime martial artist
Being ****** with my mobility I tried to do yoga and other flows in the morning, but they didn't feel like it. Wildman's six mobility sequences are in the sweet spot to be effective and make one better prepared for the day without taking too much effort or time. Every sequence is precisely 12 minutes long, so you can plan your morning routine easily. I do it almost every morning for a couple of months now and really like the feeling I have after going through the movements. It's not the magic pill though. It won't cure cancer and make you be able to do side splits between two trucks. But if you want to get rid of tensions typical for waking up after jits, get limber in the most important planes of movement for BJJ player, and feel better overall, it will be very helpful.
There are tons of great instructional on here, but I use this video more than any other. Its short, follow along and also gives variety with the different versions. Highly recommend and has done good things in my life.
Great title! Not that stretchy things, but gives you real life strength flexibility!
I have been following Mark on YouTube since the onset of the pandemic and I owe him a great deal for emerging from it fitter and stronger than I had entered. So I was pumped to learn he had published programs with Strong and Fit. I run Mark's mobility program in conjunction with his Heavy Club and Kettlebell programs also published with Strong and Fit. The three programs complement each other nicely and I am really happy with the results I see on the tracking sheets and in front of the mirror. The mobility program is at least as important as the other two: it enables me to train six days per week without trashing my body in the process.
I like it a lot
