great advice on technique and strategy
I found this video very useful as often start on knees in our academy.
For a novice white belt the instructions were clear and the way the lessons are structured make sense. The detail in instruction are remarkable, it almost seems like you're at an seminar.
Since much of rolling begins from the knees, this was a much needed instructional that has really helped my rolls.
I struggled as a white and blue belt to engage from the knees. Very helpful.
Really helpfull. In the gym we often started rolling in the double knee position because there was not enough space for all starting in a standing position.
Marcos Tinoco clears the path of your game showing tons of possibilities to start a match in a dominant position.
This instructional turned out to be a real surprise and a great resource for lots of techniques, flow and details! I thought I was getting some basic instructional of how to start from knees... but man was I wrong! This has so much more information about everything you need to know at the start and beyond. It has Chokes, sweeps, guard game, butterfly etc' and many details relevant to any BJJ practitioner. I like how Marcos goes into details that are sometimes missed by others. I highly recommend this. Great job Marcos T!
