This is the only instructional I've found by a seasoned champion and teacher that breaks down ankle locks. Very helpful for gi competitors since most leg lock videos fixate on heel hooks

Professor Rodrygo Cavaca offers his footlock and armlock based submission focused gameplan from top and bottom. He points out simple and sharp how to get the most effective fulcrum and how to control your opponent to get the tap. Furthermore he is showing passing prevention and recovery with sweeping follow ups. They are all easy to access and simple to execute. Highly recommend!

This DVD is an excellent instructional! No fluff just techniques that can be used immediately in training or comps. Great Job

Prof. Cavaca is a ninja and a fantastic instructor. Just the IBJJF-legal foot-lock material in this instructional is worth its price, but he adds to that 40 mins of close guard attacks (vol 3) and 42 mins of counters to the most classic passes (vol 4). It's a super worthwhile instructional. If you are getting older and you want to improve your closed guard game, you have to add this instructional in your library.
