• Great insight into single leg setups

  I lean towards single leg as my favored takedown and am trying to learn as much as I can about setups. There is discussion on footwork and hand fighting that I had not seen elsewhere. I appreciate his perspective since he is closer in size to me than other instructors I’ve seen

• Amazing level of detail

  Coach Dake as always is extemely clear and unambiguous in his instruction. He presents a comprehensive system for the single leg with incredible attention to detail. I found myself frequently rewinding and watching segments over and over to make sure I got everything out of what he was teaching. He also presents simple concepts multiple ways to make it easier to understand. For example he describes the position of a level change is when your hips are the same height as your leading knee.
