Excellent !!
This guy is a straight sharpshooter
He takes you through a progression of options that he uses. Pretty cool stuff.
this is gonna help me a lot with my up game
This is a great instructional for grappling beginers or people that want to learn the basics of the standup game. The Content is very fundamental and easy to grasp. Would recommend. :)
I liked it has a lot of good moves
great for beginners
Great content, easy well explained takedowns and takedown setups work well on the mats.
Lots of good stuff, full of useful entries to add to my game.
This is a good video. But just know that it is a short video (about 45 min to an hour) that gives you some entries to takedowns originally from wrestling that also work in submission grappeling. It does not chain them into submissions and the entries and the takedowns shown are not anything rare or unique. It never claims to be any of these things and you need to learn these fundamentals somewhere anyway, so it is good for the price better if you caan get it on sale for like 20$. Just know it is very fundamental if you have a backround already in wrestling or a solid jiu jitsu takedown backround. If your backround is in judo or greco roman wrestling you will be interested to know that these are mostly lower body style takedowns that you may benefit from.
The quality of Gordon Ryans instructionals is leagues above the next best. You can tell he loves explaining concepts in a plain but razor sharp way. That, plus the depth of techniques in each instructional is why he can charge so much.
I've been practicing BJJ for years and I still learned a lot from this instructional. The techniques are advanced yet explained in a simple way.
The instructor does a great job of breaking down complex techniques into manageable steps
Shows the entries and the follow throughs for more wrestling techniques than most BJJ players could use. Done succinctly with sufficient detail.
Kody is the man ! Clear and very easy to follow instructions to better on the feet have already implemented some techniques from this instructional Thanks Kody your one violent Gentleman
A few slick wrestling entries.
Short and Crisp Wrestling Entries. Has improved my wrestling game with nice ideas
Good instructional for those getting started with wrestling 👍
Takedowns Improved TenFold
Excellent, simple and to the point wrestling instructional for us Jiu Jitsu folks.
I struggled with Takedowns, until this video! I was able to see the difference immediately in class
The devil is in the details. This will change your stand up game or add confidence to using more wrestling techniques in training/competition.
