I have never really been taugh tmuch takedown defense other than a basic sprawl. This has opened my eyes and helped me out alot.
Top Tier Takedown Defense Principles
Alex is a wonderful instructor and breaks this down in a way that’s easy to follow if you’re a beginner and has the details that are helpful for experienced practitioners. I was able to use these techniques shown throughout my college wrestling days and now in my grappling career. I was able to All-American my first season of wrestling never had wrestled before, but my takedown defense was efficient enough to defend and score with. If it works with wrestlers, it will work with grapplers. Definitely recommend!

Alex is not only an excellent wrestler and BJJ practitioner, but she is also a phenomenal instructor and coach. I’m excited to use this 4 part guide to help me with my weaknesses and a tool to go back to if I need to brush up on details. The quality and sound of the instruction is excellent.
