WRISTLOCKS MATTER!!!! Specialty in the arsenal that you should always keep handy. Clear and easy to understand, Fredson Paixiao nails the essential for effective wristlocking down in this training set. Keep pumping em out. Old fat guys like me can keep this handy (hahahaha get it?? HANDY)I hope he gets to see this review. Love your work man!!!

Fredson shows you how the wrist lock will help your game everywhere else. It will make people afraid to grab you! When they're afraid to grab you, it's easier to beat them. Brilliant.

Fredson teaches you why you wristlock, when you wristlock, and how you wristlock. He shows some very interesting ones that caught me off guard. At first its a bit hard to understand him but after a while I got used to it and was able to understand him and really absorb the knowledge he was dishing.
