• Excellent Information!

  This set is excellent. This instructional gives great information on using frames to go from half-guard, turtle and side control (Bottom) and end up in very dominant positions. I find myself using these techniques quite often, especially the half-guard ones.

  Robson is one of the best instructors and most technical fighters. He shows a lot of great concepts for keeping safe in half guard and side mount and then goes into a system of control which leads to sweeps and submissions. There is a lot of fun techniques in this series to add to your game.

  it's crazy how i followed professor Moura for ages (i consumed his old dvds). still, he come out with a super simple and yet effective escaping system like the one here presented. he's not human.
