The content here is great. If you have ever been to a Levi seminar, the material here can definitely serve as a refresher for some of the material as well as a basic guide. The details go beyond and make the difference in your game. If you have never been to a Levi seminar, the content here is as close as you can get without actually being at one of his seminars. Great content and broken down to be taught in a very digestible manner for all body types.

My favourite thing about Levi's Xanadu Back Takes Instructional is you can match what Levi does in competition and match it to what he is teaching in the instructional.
Great Instructional - High Quality
This was one of the first instructionals i bought and has been a great investment in my BJJ game, from retaining guard and also attacking more knowing i have the confidence in being able to fend off attacks and get my guard back.

This is a great instructional that provides you with a game plan and lots of details for your DRL and berimbolo game from one of the best. Levi Jones is a true inspiration for me as I am a fan of berimbolo and back takes and he is the guy who can berimbolo everyone on high level including Lucas Lepri. Even Lachlan Giles in his DLR, open guard series gave Levi Jones' berimbolo game as a great example. The instructional is not too long and it is easy to watch and follow. The techniques are very effective. I would recommend to everyone who wants to improve their berimbolo and likes inversions and back takes from open guard, DLR and RDLR.

love watching Levi fighting so I really wanted to study his moves. haven't watched the whole dvd but so far it was indeed a very good investment
