• The way Teddy teaches...

  The way that Teddy teaches is like no other. Not only is he an incredibly knowledgeable and affable guy, but his anecdotes and his way with words really allows for the information in the instructional to soak in. This is perhaps the single most important 5hing for instructional for me - even more so than what is actually being taught. If you can't recall the contents of the video afterwards and use it in training then you may well have not watched it. The concept of the video and its content are great and enough detail and examples are given for each "signature" 5o allo you to really get a feel for the "what, when and why" This video would be perfect for those new to the striking arts and/or boxing. I, however, am a previous Muay Thai title holder and experienced boxer and still found it incredibly useful and entertaining.

• Great explanations and choice of punches

  Teddy Atlas delivers the lessons with so much flare that watching the videos and learning these moves is enjoyable entertainment, a good night in, never mind educational. I have executed a few of my favourite moves from this video in sparring. The punches seem well chosen. From some of the greatest jabs to inside punching. Teddy teaches the set ups and explains perfectly when to use each move. Well worth buying.
