• Amazing Video Well Worth The Purchase!!

  I was hesitant at first if I should buy this video or another Teddy Atlas one, because I feel I have a great base of fundamentals already, but I decided to get this one and take the risk, and it did not disappoint at all!! I'm so glad I bought this one, so much great information, and Teddys insight of the fundamentals is absolutely amazing! definitely get this one first and then continue to gather the other videos like I am myself. Thank you!!

  T. A. has formed and educated champions. He has a vey deep undersstanding of mindset, tactics and techniques. His way of teaching is on point and done by a very high level of simplification so that an absolute beginner like me can get the conctent done. i use boxing as a way to increase my level of coodination especially in terms of footwork and movement and as a cardio workout to improve my bjj overall. This instructional is ideal for beginners and provides a lot of fun too. Highly recommend!

  This is a very good introduction to boxing. If you are a beginner this is a really good place to start out. The techniques are demonstrated in a easy to understand way. And Teddy Atlas is always entertaining to watch and listen to.
