  I think this DVD is one of the best foot lock DVDs in NoGi. Especially it's very detailed about the entries of several False Reap. Highly recommended.

  It is always nice to see something different from mainstream bjj. Solid instruction, effective techniques, but I found myself fastforwarding a lot, because Melanson is extremely chatty on this one.

• my least favorite wrestling dvd

  Wrestling For BJJ by Hudson Taylor

  I bought this years ago, the title is very misleading, this is a pure wrestling DVD not tailored to BJJ at all. I was very disappointed, in my opinion money is better spend somewhere else. I don t know anything about his new titles, those might be really good, but this one I even think the time to watch is wasted.
