Interesting and somewhat odd instructional. It gives some good ideas for improving movement on the mat. Definitely worth picking up though.
Explanations are very clear and easy to follow! Love this basic course!
This is a great tutorial by John during the COVID-19 pandemic. I appreciate it.
This was a great video and help me out a-lot in my game. Was able to see the difference immediately.
Great instruction video. Clear and concise explanation.
Muy bien
This is great content. I highly recommend it, especially for BJJ beginners or anyone struggling with basic movements.
Very clear explanation of drills very useful to understand and practice.
nice
I used this heavily as a brand new white belt. As I hopefully near my blue belt, I come back for the fundamental movements and key exercises.
Excellent details on basic movements
so important and so generous of Master John Danaher to give this to the world .
the best solo Drills
Thanks, John
Excellent drills for when training alone
The idea of solo drilling is fantastic for a beginner, while my body feels not ready at all for a third bjj session in a week, solo drills were a good option to build movements, burn calories off and perform active recovery.
A good beginner-level video for kids
Great
Amazing
This series of videos covers all the basic movements of jiujitsu. If you are new to the art, take the time to perfect them. Jiujitsu is, after all, just variations of all these movements chained in transitions.
This video useful as a study on how to properly perform movements in jiu jitsu that have been watered down as warm-ups from poor coaches.
John has incredible detail and this instructional is excellent for explaining the reasons for solo drilling and helps to organize which drills to do and why
without this movements you cant do BJJ. I was just looking for fancy movements and submissions and lost years of training. Do the basics first.
I use a lot of these movements as warmups for class and before tournaments. Highly recommend.
Awesome especially for being a free resource
