  Learn to really understand the half guard rather than learn a bunch of paint by number techniques to plug a play. The sooner you start thinking about Jiu-Jitsu like a sport rather than a series of moves the more quickly you will improve. This is how you want to think. Amazing

  There is incredible detail on a defensive attacking style that I haven't seen anyone else talk about. I've used a lot of it and it's worked very well for me. Wim is one of the greatest minds in all of jiu jitsu.

  If you are looking for an instructional that covers Half guard in depth this is it! Just the first DVD is worth the buy. I learnt so many concepts and ideas to make the positions many times more efficient. The biggest takeaway from this is in the principles that Wim shares. They are not only applicable to half guard but also to any other position. I need to re-evaluate my whole game now.
