The bottom cradle system gave me new ways to control, sweep, and attack from positions I used to struggle with. Highly recommended for grapplers of all levels.
Hitting a cradle from the bottom can be so satisfinyg on someone that has no clue it is coming.
excellent cradle options from bottom
Interesting concepts from Cradle bottom. I got more out of their top cradle options it still provides some useful tools for the arsenal.
Found this video after seeing their youtube video. Cradle is the bomb
Cradles from the bottom?!? Come on, now the Petrones are just showing off!! Buy this to learn the most devastating position in grappling, from some of the worst positions to be in. The bottom side control techniques are killer
Some crazy ways to get a cradle, if you like playing cradle from on top then you will enjoy this also, finding ways to catch some cool cradles and sweep your opponent into an offencive position from a defencive one is power.
Slick and fun to work. Still haven’t had much success, but when I do, they don’t like it.
Such a great addition to my cradle knowledge
Another great instructional from the Blackout Grappling crew. If you are into cradles and want to go beyond the pins and passes, David and Vinny got you covered. Very innovative and surprising set-ups and entries from bottom positions, your partners will never know what hit them!
Learning cradles from the King :crown:
This is a tremendous add to the series of Cradle instructional videos. Easy to follow techniques. Thank you Mr Petrone!! #CradleGang
Do not sleep on any of Coach Petrone’s instructionals. All of them are unique, and have brutal finishes/sweeps/set ups. I recommend these for anyone to add to the arsenal. The only distraction is how many times Vinny changes haircuts throughout them :joy:. Seriously, top notch techniques that will up your game. 👊:japanese_ogre::fire:
These guys are game changers Cradles in general are one my favorite techniques but Dave and Vinny have revolutionized its use especially with the development of cradles from the bottom. They have options for hitting bottom side cradles from your opponent backstepping into leg lock territory and since I saw that, I've been implementing it big time. I've got a lot of leg hungry guys in the gym and at tournaments. I've hit it quite a few times in training and I'm looking to use it competition format soon if the opportunity presents itself. I've been able to work with Dave and Vinny personally and I can't recommend them enough. Get all their stuff! Book them for seminars! Cradle the world! - Mike Cheney Brasa Black Belt
Dave, Vinny, and the Blackout Grappling method are changing the landscape of Jiu Jitsu and Grappling as we know it. I've been fortunate enough to attend seminars and train with them personally, but their video content is second to none. If you're looking to spice up your bottom game, get this instructional. Then when you get through this one, go get the other ones. They have a wealth of technique and world class presentation. If they host a seminar near you, make arrangements and go. After watching some content, I was able to hit a cradle off someone trying to backstep into 411. It was a situation I've been in a million times and then that little connection blew me away and changed my thought process on the whole thing. I've been training for almost 15 years in Wrestling, Jiu jitsu, Judo, Muay Thai, you name it, Blackout Grappling is the future. - Mike Cheney Brasa - Deon Thompson Black Belt
Its hard going from wrestling to BJJ but this instructional uses mechanics I already know and now applies them to positions I struggle with. Ive already started to escape from bottom more regularly just from threatening the cradle and not actually getting it. got to keep practicing
