fantastic cradle awareness and how to apply the concepts - a game changer
Outstanding techniques, easily put into use and game changing.
Plenty of excellent well explained submissions from the cradle. Also nice setups to get to cradle covered. I like Dave’s teaching style. He knows his stuff and clearly is passionate about teaching it.
There are several other cradle video series and this is the best one. Some brutal catch wrestling stuff here that I wouldn't use on my training partners, but lots of practical good stuff, especially if you were a wrestler in a former lifetime.
Great applicable material!
Did a little bit of wrestling in my youth, cradles were a go to move for me. This gem of an instructional opened up a whole new world on how to build on what I learned over 40 years ago!
If you are looking for control and to **** the scramble. Good series.
Cradles are completely new but I feel it fits my body structure perfectly. Sometimes I need a second to think about my next move and cradles allow me to segement the sequences down enough to execute.
David breaks down the cradle into easy to understand language for a beginner but includes lots of technical details for advanced practioners. This instructional blended wrestling, catch wrestling and BJJ elements and I have been able to implement these techniques into rolls and supplement my existing knowledge.
good information
Excellent instructional on working the cradle in to your BJJ game for position to submission.
All David patrone instructionals are packed with little (painful) gems. I love his approach to grappling
great material on using cradles for all sorts of things. Great stuff!
Excellent. A fresh mindset, really appreciate the old guys drive!
I have never wrestled but cradles always made sense to me, though was not sure as to how to apply them in so many situations. great instruction straight to the point. Great to see a father and son combo too. congrats and thank you to you both.
Amazing
Great material on using cradles! Can't wait to add to my game! Thanks!
I get tot his position a lot so all these transitions into a submission is great!
very
Great instructional!
Dave is an incredible coach and wonderfully mixes the world's of catch and submission wrestling with BJJ. His techniques are accessible, effective, and nasty!!! Highly recommend!!
Awesome material
David and Vinny's creativity really open my eyes to all the possibilities in the cradle position. My personal favorite from this dvd is the twister/wrestlers pin.
Very slick moves coming from the cradle in this instructional. Definitely a nice addition to my BJJF library.
Truly hybrid grappling at its best
