Cradle the World
This was my first purchase on BJJF and I cannot recommend enough. Coming from a wrestling background, this collection and insight from the Petrones has increasingly helped my understanding of BJJ and I've been able to incorporate an already familiar grappling background into something new. I'll be purchasing more from BlackOut Grappling no doubt!

Cradle Heaven for Jiu Jitsu
Cradle: pin - pain - sumission - transition. It fits perfect to the leg weave, the arm weave or the leg drag concept and positios. Explained step by step within a bigger picture and broken down in a manner easy to get. Highly recommend!

Coach Petrone is the savior of Catch Wrestling. If you are a wrestler by trade coming into submission grappling or a jiujiteiro who wants to learn wrestling style holds, this is the absolute best instructional to utilize. I’ve been trying to work this system into my game more and more. Passing is becoming a lot easier for sure.
Fun to watch
Its more than just a blend of catch wrestling and bjj. They are really putting cradles on the map.
Fantastic System
This instructional is a great dive into a rarely covered position in the BJJ space. It blends wrestling into BJJ very well and helps create that edge in your game with a position many grapplers aren't spending time in. Dave is a detailed teacher without being too wordy and his system is expansive and versatile. Heavy recommend.

Back when I first started bjj, I didn’t know any submissions so I would put the other newbies in the cradle because it was one of the few things I remembered from wrestling as a kid. Low and behold, there is an entire system on using this hood to attack. I love it!

This instructional series is fantastic! Unique and effective techniques explained in a very clear and concise way. I have already implemented some of them into my grappling game! The cradle position and the approach David uses to explain how to get into it is a home run!
