Craig Jones is great at explaining concepts and the reasoning behind the way he does things.
Love this video the content and concepts have completely altered my game. Play in power top and bottom together is where it is at.
A+
Enjoy this instructions. Craig is great as usual. This video is a goldmine. Thank you.
Always great content by Craig, easily able to take the concepts and apply them to my rolls. Overall a great instructional
Great concepts for wrestle ups and leg entries. I also like the humor inlcluded. Interesting overall wrestling based philosophy on bottom position.

Good Stuff!
Well thought out instructional
Because Craig is on the front lines competing at a high-level and teaching, his perspective on the evolution of no-gi grappling is amazing. Getting up during engagements where your opponent thinks you are obeying this mutual unspoken rule of roles of bottom and top player is a great concept that changes the roll/spar. Wrestlers and MMA fighters understand this but now there is a deep dive on this topic by an elite JJ athlete. He also touched on a topic that's important which is being safe even with back exposure (so you are not smashed, wrestlers are familiar with this). If you're looking for something to implement literally same day purchase this instructional. Cheers
Funny little things here and there mixed with top notch content!
Unorthodox approach, very interesting
Great concepts and tecniques
Solid instructional from Craig, also funny to watch. Focused on the game and the connections more than on the stand alone techniques
This is the greatest instructional I have ever watched. An absolute masterclass and a must-buy. Craig Jones is an incredible teacher, I’m so glad I found a teacher who talks about the differences between how MMA athletes and pure Jiu Jitsu athletes approach the bottom position. I was so confused on this topic for a long time, but Craig Jones has elucidated everything you need to know in this instructional. Highly recommend!!! Osu :martial_arts_uniform:
This was a great instructional video to help my guard game. Craig has a great way of teaching power bottom.
Great video instruction and explanations. To the point the craig jones way and in a systematic approach. Best teacher of the dds crew in my opinion. Game changer on how to be on bottom and wrestle up.
Craig Jones has my favorite instructionals on BJJ Fanatics so far. Coming from Judo to BJJ to get better on the ground, this particular instructional is amazing for me because it provides a framework for how to think about connecting my Judo background to my BJJ game. I'm sure the same can be said for wrestlers. Really good stuff and Jones is amazing at explaining concepts and techniques.
This game will help change the way you roll, showing you tools to get back up from bottom and how to deal with people looking to crush you and stay on top. Good add to anyone game and I used a lot of this stuff in most rolls.
It's refreshing to see these new approaches to the Bottom Game. Helping me a lot!
One of my favorite instructionals - I can power bottom my whole gym now.
Craig presents a dynamic and aggressive way to play guard. As always he is clear and concise with just enough humour that it makes watching a pleasure. If you want to adapt turtle to no gi, like wrestling up, or enjoy other funk wrestling, this is a must-have.
