Great stuff for beginers like me !
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Excellent Clinch Guidance
This is my first Pat Smith tutorial and will not be my last. He cleaned up my technique and also provide commentary on things not to do. Now I'm not as worried about ending up in a bad position in the clinch, I have a few options to better my position. His resume is outstanding as is his knowledge base. Fully recommended to improve your takedown capabilities.
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging::+1::skin-tone-2:Never even thought clinch as part of jiujitsu..
... but it seems to work on higher belts too time to time as a suprise. Love it as a part of nogi!
Absolute Gold
This is extremely beneficial to anyone with Greco-Roman wrestling aspirations, but also very useful for other forms of wrestling, including jiujitsu(submission wrestling). Pat Smith is an EXCELLENT instructor. He not only breaks down the techniques, but also the whys and what-ifs very effectively. This is not a random assortment of techniques, but rather a structured system. I can't praise this one enough.
