Must watch for Greco fans
This is a must-watch for anyone who wants to start incorporating Greco-Roman techniques into their game. Especially useful for those who didn't wrestle in high school and so consequently are less comfortable with traditional shooting and the high amount of training/ athleticism required to develop a good shot- Greco-style techniques are generally faster to learn and a bit easier on the body.
