I learned a lot
Response from BJJ Fanatics:hugging:Broadly Applicable Basics
Everybody knows a lat drop, everybody knows an inside trip, but it's hard to find instruction on the finer points of hand fight, shoulder position, footwork, etc of the clinch. I use information from this instructional at my BJJ school every time we start rounds on the feet and am able to keep myself in strong positions and finish well. Nice amount of moves that are simple and strong positionally that don't rely on being a highly conditioned freak who is going to back arch noobs to the moon. Great starting place for how to dominate in an over under position for a normie.
