Cruci-Fixing
I was very happy with the instructional. There is about two hours of instruction. I have been playing crucifix for years now and I wanted to look deeper into the position. He covers most of what I already know, but I still did get plenty of value our of these videos. I learned some new entries, tips on controlling your opponent in the position, and a new submission from the crucifix that I did not know about. Mostly everything in the instructional will work for no-gi as well. I believe the price is fair for the value you will get out of it.

This is a great series of videos!!! The teacher is very thorough and I was able to use the techniques right away while rolling in class!!! Definitely going to be using these techniques pretty often from now on.

I learned the crucifix in class but I thought it was very difficult to understand and implement. This video really helped to break it all down and make everything much simpler.

This is the best series I’ve seen on the crucifix position. Thomas Lisboa is a fantastic teacher. I highly recommend this series if you’re interested in improving this positional attack. :star2::star2::star2::star2::star2:

Started slow for my level, but it really got good. I learned a lot of great concepts and techniques that I have already started practicing. The concepts taught instantly melt into my 10th planet training.

its great video - after studying I going to make this technique in all my rolling! I guess I understand the material for 20-30 % but it works even on the first stage of learning!

Thomas is very good at explaining the details for applying crucifix in a efficient way. Here you will find a good manner to trap your opponents!

Always had troubles finding a solution in turtle position. Found different types of variation positions from crucifix and lots of help adjusting the positions/submission.
