I always like the crucifix but had limited success maintaining the position. This instructional helped me to get a lot more crucifix's and to control and finish from the position. I would recommend this for anyone looking to add the crucifix to their arsenal.

Fix your crucifix
Always have been a big fan of the crucifix. I haven’t been using it as much though. This instructional has been a good reminder of the effectiveness as well as some extra details that I’m sure will help anyone.
