• Amazing intricacies

  I’ve met and taken a seminar from Eli Knight. This video is an excellent extension of the concepts that I learned from him that day. Being knowledgeable of these compression locks gives you a great ability to chain attacks when your primary goal may not have presented itself. It will also make you more aware as you build your escapes, not to do so in a way that would leave you vulnerable to these type of locks. Excellent video.

• Best instructional so far on the topic

  It’s quite a neglected topic and yet really interesting. I have just a couple of instructionals on compressions and this one is the most applicable one, well organised and with doable techniques. Some repetitions (gariations i would have kept together) but it is a good instructional on a not explored topic.
