Great stuff! Always love PTG’s stuff! Creative moves and that works immediately.
This was a good course on side control.
Dope instructional as ways.
Great content if you want to improve this dominant position. I love the detail and how things flow together. One of my go to videos to review before and after class.
I took a chance on this video after loving Pete's Wrist Lock videos so much and I was not disappointed at all! Pete's understanding of body mechanics is outstanding. His explanations of why his techniques are so effective are outlined in a way that makes sense. The emphasis on how to create pressure while preventing opponents' escapes is effective for both BJJ rulesets and self-defense situations. I tried out the techniques in these videos while training and gave everyone so much more trouble escaping my side control or sweeping me. These techniques helped me set up multiple transitions and submissions.
