As a small guy who struggle to submit people this really help alot. Instead of attacking their my counter part big arms I can just hit wrist lock and get easy tap.

One thing I didn't understand about wrist locks is that they open up a ton of other attacks. This series has helped me to be much more successful at isolating limbs and finishing submissions. Plus, there is something truly satiffying about getting the tap with a wrist lock.

Wrist Locks for the less mobile
These wrist locks help me submit younger and more experience people despite not being as strong or not being able to move around as much as everyone else
Extremely useful
I personally enjoy using wristlocks as a distraction to lead into another attack and Pete shows a million ways to try to hit them. Been a huge help for me both offensively and even defensively.

Great instructional. Simple and easy techniques to help level the playing field with higher belts or to just f*@$ with your training partners. In no time Pete had me wrist locking everyone and hated by everybody at my local gym lol. Well worth the money. Thanks Pete!

I liked it. You can’t go wrong learning different body parts to take advantage of. Whether it’s a street fight or in the dojo ; the more tools you have, the more advantages you have.

I have studied many systems and wrist locks are used in almost all of them. I found Pete's application very useful. Nice refresher on the stuff I already knew and a lot of new ideas on also. Even if you are not allowed to use them (for whatever reason). There is knowledge here on how you can manipulate the wrist to set up other techniques.

Amazing how man variations of wrist locks there are. You can find them everywhere. I mostly just wanted to make people hesitate to grab me, but I've gotten a few subs with these.
