I'm enjoying these wrestling techniques that compliment really well with my Judo for BJJ
Great transfer of BJJ
great
Really helped with getting a grip system for takedowns in a gi. He gave some really great techniques.
There isn’t a lot of wrestling for gi videos so this is a great one to have. Instructions are well detailed and easy to follow A must have!
The grip details in this have really elevated my takedowns! Really loved how it incorporated the takedowns directly to submissions.
Adam teaching are very detailed he really applied and adapt the wrestling moves in the gi good instructional highly recommended.
Wished my academy taught more wrestling in the gi. This instructional is perfect and Adam is a good instructor.
Yep I like It
but effective. it gives you a lot of insight to implement a "power" game into your gameplan. the adaptation to the gi is good.
Thanks Adam Wheeler. The moves taught in this instructional fit well with what my coach has already taught me over the years. With clear and concise instruction from you, I was able to watch the 1st chapter and then hit the same moves on most of my training partners on the 1st lesson I attended after studying this instructional.
Great to see a grappler of multiple disciplines combine his skills to create a unique style.
Love the idea of combining grappling styles. His techniques have worked for me in the past and I have no doubt this series will provide me with a new set tools to stay ahead of the young bucks lol...
