Very nice instructional on folkstyle basics which crosses over well into any type of grappling.
Great stuff here to add to your grappling arsenal.
Great. My kids were just learning jiu jitsu and used this instructional to brush up thier basics. Great explanation on shooting a good dbl leg.
Simple but effective techniques that all decent stand up players should have in their arsenal. At this price, a must buy.
As a white belt in bjj I wanted to learn some wrestling and grabbed my brother who wrestled for a season in high school for now. And it's good to say we both learned something just after the first volume. After repetitions and going thru the motions now I feel confident in going for a takedown.
Nice instructionals.
I never wrestled in high school ( wish I had ), but this gives an excellent wrestling primer that can benefit any grappling game.
Really useful stuff I was immediately able to add some of these techniques to my jiu jitsu game and have some success.
great
I’m interested in learning wrestling basics and feel I’ve found a great place to start with this instructional.
Another great Instructional!
Adam is the best on the site to give you wrestling basics
Awesome content. Adam specifically says in the beginning that this instructional is mainly intended for youth and high school wrestlers, but I found it very useful and informative as a 29 year old beginner wrestler. Adam does a great job walking through the techniques, but I do wish he showed some live speed demonstrations to show what the moves would look like at actual speed instead of just a walk through with no resistance whatsoever.
Great material for BJJers to get a much better grasp of wrestling skills. A great complement to no-gi training especially.
Great for both wrestling and nogi grappling.
