  Conosco Octavio da moltissimi anni ed il suo approccio al jiu jitsu "non istintivo" ma bensì direi quasi scientifico non finisce mai di stupirmi. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di sperimentare la bio meccanica del corpo durante la lotta come spiegata da Octavio, vi aprirà scenari motori sul vostro corpo difficilmente intuibili senza il suo "aiuto", portandovi ad un approccio totalmente diverso durante lo sparring, più finalizzato nello sviare la forza dell'avversario che nel contrastarla. Great job Octavio!!!

  Octavio has a very clever BJJ, he shares principles before techniques and body positions before defences or attacks. He teaches to respond and not to react, I'd say it's a kind of scientific BJJ maybe at the beginning it's not easy to understand it but the deeper you the better you appreciate it
