  Shawn Williams always teaches great fundamentals and details. I don't like this one as much body lock passing and leg pummeling but it's still very much recommended.

  Professor Shawn Williams gives you an escape plan for guard recovery, reversals, sweeps and submissiin attacks. Little details for huge difference. He offers angles from above like in all of his instructionals. Highly recommend!!

• Great details and explanations of bottom side control

  I find these techniques invaluable. I've been digging through this since just last night at training I struggled to get out of a pin from a higher belt! Every video has additional detail (sometimes that seem minor) like flexing the wrist in an escape I already know, which will make a huge difference for me! I'm looking forward to future trainings with these details in mind.
