If you’ve really enjoyed learning the 6 dds submission systems, you’ll love this missing piece to tie it all together. John eludes to certain transitions throughout his instructionals, however, Gary goes in depth and adds more to those in one place without being to detail heavy.

Fantastic instructional! Concise coverage over the main attacks. But there is a bonus- the notion of escape with an immediate counter-attack is embedded in the techniques. So you're caught, you're free, and now you're on the hunt!

My favorite so far. learned ways to get out of submissions not just try an avoid them. I'm older and not as fast as use to be , so this knowledge will help me keep the flow going on guys with knowledge who are fast.

If you want to put all of those skills you are learning together in a way where you can be an effective practitioner, Garry Tonon videos are for you. I would say they are just as informitive as John Danaher's videos. Garry helps you undersand what to do with some of the moves John shows and he adds details that I haven't seen on Johns videos. The two collections work well together. I will buy everything Garry puts out, I am so confident of his teaching ability. Exit The System is a must have!

Learning an iron clad defense is so important in the beginning stages of jiujitsu, but the techniques are glossed over like a secondary priority. Build confidence in your attacking game through systematic submission escapes.

My go to video after I have been submitted and I was under sure how to escape the hold. I often can find the video wants to direct you into a leg lock which is not my strongest area.

As a beginner(3-months) this was easy to understand especially when you get to a part where you get tapped a lot. I watched the entire series and bookmarked areas where I get stuck in a lot. The light roll at the end of the series looked smooth as you can see Mr. Tonon and his partner go through the escapes at half speed. at
