I would recommend this video for any BJJ practitioner who is interested in taking up judo. Although I've attended a few judo classes myself, I found myself wondering about which grips I should go for. I also found myself being corrected for certain stalling tactics that wouldn't be a problem in BJJ. After watching this video, I have a better understanding of why these things are discouraged in judo. (To be clear, I wasn't trying to be a ****; I just didn't understand the subtle but important differences in standing and grown work.) I also appreciated the instructor's discussion of the differences between BJJ groundwork and judo ne waza.
