I really like Cyborg philosophy. As a beginner, i tended to see jujitsu in a very competitive way. Yes, I had fun with it but I didn't perceive the fun of it the way Cyborg do. I appreciated a lot the comparison he made with football where some player do the "jogo bonito" like Neymar and others are more about "efficiency only" like 35 yo CR7 or Harry Kane.
It' s all about connection, puzzleing, flow and fun
R. A. put my focus in jiu jitsu were I wanted It to be but I just did not know. All movements, moves and techniques are explained in on point details. The connection flow samples gives you a great idea of how to connect the moves to create your jiu jitsu. Yet the greatest value is the imput of enjoying movement and enjoying to move to create connection. Start slow and simple to get the flow!!!

I cyborg's game! He is an 80cc champion number one and he is a big dude so for us big guys he is one of our role models to be because he is big strong but yet he is fast and he's being on the game for a long time! I've always wanted to learn from him and this is a great DVD dad will improve your game!!!

great concepts and applications of fundamental techniques. The only critique would be to have better angles with how the video was shot. The ability to follow as he performs the technique and get angles from top and various sides simultaneously would be pure gold. Nevertheless the instructional is great and well worth the money

Great competitor, nice guy, enjoy what he does... and the instructional reflect it. funny to do, really effective kickass techniques. a strange old-school highly athletic mixed approach... not for everyone, but if you can do it, a real gold mine!

Awesome instructional, many of the flows shown are excellent for warmups and also help a lot if you want to focus on a game that is based on a lot of movement.
