Amazing skills
Amazing course from an amazing instructor! While technique is important, if you can't move and flow in a fight your unlikely to reach a high level but Cyborg gives amazing movements and flow drills that will give you amazing mobility and technical skill, almost like a blueprint of movement where you can incorporate all your other techniques into.

Flow is right, im a big guy. To have any movement that's makes you or makes it seem that your moving, flow movements like a lighter guy is a plus. Instructional is clear and easy to follow. The drills are easily used on a bjj *****. I recommend this selection. Tools for your bjj tool box.

Its great for my game. The techniques used for drill transitions is unbelievable. Every bit of the material can be used from novice to pro. Technics can be described as conceptually sound.

Great easy to follow techniques.. Cyborg is a phenom. The material is covered in detail. Plus the selection of techniques can be easily added to your grapplers tool box.

cyborg is one of the greatest athletes to ever touch the mats. I was able to see his performance in the heavyweight grand pre this year and he showed that technique and heart can allow a 40yr old to stay on top of the mt Everest that is the elite blackbelts of the heavyweight division. his DVD is cool with tons of slick passing and flow drills. the concepts cyborg gives you might change your whole approach to attacking the guard. hands down one of the best buys on BJJ Fanatics.
