Amazing as usual
Really enjoy all of neils instructionals. Rather than being purely bjj or catch wrestling it's a mix of everything he picked up from years of grappling. Would highly recommend

Excellent technique and explication. He shows a lot of locks you can get and keep the top position instead of falling back where you might loose positions. I would highly recommend it.

These are some of the most intense and terrifying leglocks in the business and they are effective as long as you listen and do them as directed. Neil is an innovator and makes the toughest tech seem easily applied. These will keep people honest from bottom half and make you dangerous from strange places.

Unique from all the leglocks I have learned. Very mma applicable. Lots of submissions that don't risk losing the top positions. Could be the new wave of leg locks. Just be careful with them, the locks are unique so your partner/opponent may not realize the risk they are in.

I got into jiu jitsu because of rubber guard. I loved the idea of a clinching guard to control posture, for the purpose of not getting hit. Because I'm a 10th planet guy, I've also fallen in love with leglocks. In this instructional, Neil takes the same mentality of not getting hit that I loved about rubber guard, and applies it to leg locks. This is the opposite of the typical, "fall back to ashi and take a heel," approach you find in sport jiu jitsu. Neil doesn't want you to give up top position unless you have complete control first. Two or three of these techniques have become high percentage staples for me. You know a technique is good when it works on guys that are clearly better than you at jiu jitsu. Thank you again, Neil!

Amazing techniques that blend extremely well with his other DVDs. The synergy between his leglock techniques and his cradle system from top half guard is unreal. Very difficult for opponents to stop!

Mr Melanson explains his leg lock system in a clear & concise manner. I'm not much of a fan of leg locks normally as I cherish top position a lot but in this instructional, Mr Melanson shares with us cool new leg attacks that I've never seen, whereby you're not giving up position in the process of going for the submission. Definitely worth the money!
