  Effective, powerful techniques you can use right away. I actually used some of the techniques in a tournament a few days after watching it. These techniques and concepts will level up your game tremendously and will give you extra tools in the gym and in competition. Also helps if you're a big guy. Honestly all of Neil Melanson's instructionals are worth it.

  I have had this DVD for some time but haven't watch it for some time. There are some awesome techniques and approaches that I forgot about that I am incorporating back in my training. Always appreciated Neil's style and approach. Highly recommend this DVD.
