Steve breaks down all the familiar positions and helps you understand your goals, so you're not just aimlessly handfighting your opponent or shooting single or double legs without a game plan. Steve's teaching style is really clear and the breakdown on the videos is very familiar to me coming from MMA. Really appreciate this series. Thanks

• Didn’t have high hopes after previous wrestling dvds

  Bjj guy with no wrestling experience here. I have been purchasing wrestling instructionals by “world champs” to help improve my no gi stand up game. This one was exactly what I was looking for! Very simple, basic and easily understandable. A true “fundamentals” dvd. Honestly probably the most helpful instructional ive watched in a looong time. Tons of useful control drills without the flashy and advanced moves I will never need. We say position/control before submission. This dvd is control before takedown. Hope you find it as useful as I did!
