The instructional is not aimed to "smaller guys". It's aimed to whomever doesn't want to rely on the strength in his rolling, which I believe is the ultimate goal of any BJJ practitioner. Given the above, everybody may have benefit from this video, especially small guys (obviously), older mates and also lower belt, since the earlier they stop relying on the strength the better for them.
Very good very informative I would recommend to improve your guard game
Great, effective, simple, easy to understand 👍 :ok_hand:
Very detailed, very useful, worth it
I really liked his collar drag series.
worth it as a white belt
Very helpful instructional. Helps keep me from over muscling positions
Este curso es genial ya que tiene técnicas complementarias a los que desarrollan los practicantes más nuevos, entregando herramientas cruciales para mejorar el juego de pie y en el suelo
Great instruction and definitely worth the purchase.
I highly recommend for lightweights and below! This helped me refine some of the techniques already in my game. The sequencing is on point.
Good techniques although I would prefer something more conceptual as I’m already too overwhelmed by techniques as a white belt.
brilliant break down of it all
Great detail
Great way to control bigger stronger opponents easy to follow instructions good technique and good video
It had really good instructions and techniques on the video. I recommend.
Amazing as always, clear paths to dealing with the big boys!
I was a closed guard player for the longest time, gradually I knew I needed to adapt to a style that suited my body type against some giants at my gym. This instructional has been great for my guard revolution.
Good content , I am a white belt and I understand that the butterfly guard is a little more advanced so for me I would have liked to had a bit more fundamental technical breakdowns. Still great though just means there’s some other things I need to focus on before attempting to work this into my game.
Such a great instructional video, absolutely must buy if you’re usually getting smashed by the units at the gym! Make them run for the hills with Professor Bruno’s techniques! Amazing content!
Great manual for technique and great detail. Good video demonstration and content.
Always amazing to see professor Bruno strategy!
I've always been one of the lighter guys in Judo and Jiu-jitsu. And being taught techniques by beefier dudes has never really worked out for me. This instructional has really played to some of my advantages I have and really helped me out.
Whatever lessons you get from a champion like Bruno Malfacine it has to be good. Thumbs up.
great!
The butterfly sweeps helped me a lot. Being small guy is not easy, however Bruno's techniques work! Highly recommended
